Daiana Lüdke began her multidisciplinary career in fashion in 1998, as a new face model. Through a contest by one of the biggest international modeling agencies in history, the now-extinct ELITE Model Management, responsible for revealing names like Gisele Bündchen and Isabeli Fontana, saw the doors of the fashion world open. She was a model for 13 years, also going through other world-renowned agencies, such as FORD, AZURE, and PREMIER. During that time, she experienced the professional day-to-day of a model firsthand, but always with special attention to the industry as a whole and the career management carried out by these agencies.
In 2011, this interest and aptitude led to an invitation to start as a booker for São Paulo and international agencies, an area in which she excelled and prospered. In 2018, she took over as a booker at JOY, one of the great international agencies of today. In 2019, she accepted the challenge of being head booker at ARO, a contemporary and growing agency, with national and international achievements, where she was involved in discovering new names and also expanding the business nationwide. In 2023, she opens Switch with the aim of imprinting her own vision of managing new talent.
Always with an eye on the fashion industry as a whole, she also has a degree in Public Relations with an emphasis on Social Communication from Feevale University and a Post-Graduation in Cultural Production from Studio Clio.
She accumulates courses in fashion production, styling, and photography, another of her great passions, and the one that took her between 2014 and 2015 to Berlin, where she participated in the creation of sets for the Berlin Fashion Week shows in partnership with European brands.
